Ministry

There is no calling more honorable than that of the Ministry. To serve the Lord and help others is a powerful combination. So much good and comfort is delivered by our spiritual leaders.

One of the needs and challenges of ministering is to help others as they go through difficult times in their lives. Unfortunately, with all of the good that the Lord provides, there are also trying times that lead members of our congregations to question his wisdom and, possibly, lose themselves in their pain. There is no more important time to deliver God’s love than at these times.

Desert Ministries is a gathering of ministers and people of faith that use their own personal experience and insights from the Bible to guide others through their journey - be it grief, illness, divorce, alcoholism, Alzheimer's disease, etc. We work with pastors, lay callers and congregations to expand their ministries.
